On Saturday, 17th July we saw a rocking concert as part of the “2010 International Festival of Carthage” of the famous South African singer Johnny Clegg and his band. The concert took place at a very special location: in the ancient roman amphitheatre of Carthage (Tunisia). It was still more than 30ºC at 22:00 when he started off playing some of latest songs. Later he played more of his songs from the nineties (Dela, Heat, Dust And Dreams, Third World… Child, Asimbonanga, Cruel, Crazy Beautiful World and Shadow Man). Having had tickets for the chairs in the centre of the amphitheatre enabled me to take lots of wonderful pictures of his performance.Share on Facebook

My Rally picture of the Bowler Wildcat Rally car of the Cummins France Team with Patrick Sireyjol and Denis Comte on board was published in the Canadian newspaper The Fitzhugh. The picture was taken during the Super Stage of the 28th Rallye Oilibya de Tunisie 2010, which was held on the beach of Gammarth, Tunisia on the afternoon of 1st May 2010. The next morning the participants started the seven-day rally to southern Tunisia to finish on 7th May in Douz.Share on Facebook
A couple of weeks ago Karen asked me to take some family shots of her and her entire visiting family before she departs from Tunis for good. We chose the small picturesque village of Sidi Bou Said, being well known for its blue doors and windows and white walls. On a Saturday morning we met very early in the morning to profit from the softer light and to avoid the thousands of tourists which visit this popular destination every day. We had lot of fun choosing the places and the poses. I really enjoyed working with you guys. Thank you for the great shooting! Karen, good luck back in the States again.
