On the first of May I visited the ‘Super Stage’, a little warm-up stage, of the 2010 Rallye Oilibya de Tunisie on the beach of Gammarth. At the end of the afternoon in a radiant warm sun the first motorbikes started racing over the dunes down the beach, to be followed by the quads. Then the cars and buggies came before the trucks finished off the 5 kilometre long ‘parade’ of all participants over the dunes and along the Mediterranean sea.
