On the first of May I visited the ‘Super Stage’, a little warm-up stage, of the 2010 Rallye Oilibya de Tunisie on the beach of Gammarth. At the end of the afternoon in a radiant warm sun the first motorbikes started racing over the dunes down the beach, to be followed by the quads. Then the cars and buggies came before the trucks finished off the 5 kilometre long ‘parade’ of all participants over the dunes and along the Mediterranean sea.

Bronze Award 2010 Epson International Pano Competition

A few minutes ago I received the wonderful news that this panorama, which I shot of the Medina of Tunis last November, has received the “Bronze Award” in the Category: “The Built Environment (including architecture)” at the 2010 Epson International Photographic Pano Awards.
